These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Premier Clean Connect LLC ("Premier Clean Connect," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Services

Premier Clean Connect operates a platform that connects clients with vetted, independent home cleaning and lifestyle concierge professionals across the Greater Houston area. We facilitate scheduling, communication, and payment for these services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust if actual conditions materially differ from what was described.
  • Prices are presented in U.S. dollars and include applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Your selected payment method is charged after a service is completed. Recurring plans are billed per the cadence you select.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for booked services and any agreed add-ons.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee to compensate the assigned professional. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas. The guarantee applies to the original scope of the booking and reasonable, accessible areas of the home.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure or disclose valuables, fragile items, and hazards in advance.
  • Ensure pets are safely managed during the visit.
  • Treat our professionals with respect and provide a safe working environment.

7. Service Limitations

For safety reasons, our professionals do not perform tasks involving biohazards, heavy lifting beyond reasonable limits, exterior heights, pest extermination, or mold remediation. We reserve the right to decline or modify services that present a safety risk.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Clean Connect's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Damage Claims

If you believe property damage occurred during a visit, notify us within 48 hours with details and photos so we can investigate and resolve the matter fairly through our insurance and quality process.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Premier Clean Connect name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our professionals, or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
